If an order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Ebox. If the item is received damaged, please contact Ebox within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box because our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we are required to wait 50 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Ebox to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Ebox within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs & Short Vidoe of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days ( Dispatched Time) , We only ship orders Monday to Friday, orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after office hours will be processed the next business day.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the issue.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. The tracking information may take a few days online (1-3 business days). Some orders shipped by Special Direct line ( Bulk Parcel Shipping directly to destination countries and import that could more quickly Group Post) which only trackable when the parcel arrives destination countries.

We will respond to your request to let you know if we were able to modify or cancel the order. We cannot guarantee any request unless the order still under our control (not dispatched yet) . Please note that if you did not receive a reply from us, then your request to modify or cancel the order has not been affected. For the above categories, the warranty is only for the main body. The warranty period of product accessories (such as chargers) is 30 days.

What's Not Covered

1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.

2. If you have damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

The customer voids the warranty if they:
- Flash the firmware of a device or root a device
- Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
- Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
- Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
- Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges) 

We gladly pay for free Ground shipping for every order. However, Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given.

Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Ebox. All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees.

Return Eligibility - All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned within 30 Days.
  • In new condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Without the return permission.
  • Parts of the item are missing.
